It will given to argentine Ham Radio operators or listeners (SWL) , that fulfill the following requirements: to contact or to listen to 25 counties of the province Buenos Aires (except Quilmes) making two proved contacts (or 
listening at) two different stations from each county, plus ten different stations from Quilmes 
(total sixty QSLs). The following cities are located in Quilmes: Quilmes, Bernal, Ezpeleta, Don Bosco, Florida, and San 
Francisco Solano.
We will accept the QSLs of contacts made since September 11th of of 1949, date of Foundation of the Radioclub Quilmes.
All band contacts will be allowed and certificates will be given by operating different modes: Phone, CW, mixed mode, and Radio listeners.
An contacts list will have to be sent with these details: station, date, band, mode and county. QSLs not required.
but those ones must held by the applicant. Lists will be accepted if certified by a recognized Ham Radio Club or two Stations of General or Superior category. In case of any doubt the Radio Club Quilmes, reserves itself the right to request one, several or the totality of the QSLs.

The Certificate is free of cost, but we will be thankfull if you send stamps for the value of a common letter of the 
Argentine Mail. The confirmations made through eQSL will be accepted (AG)
